1. Your choices

Analytics is off by default. If analytics is enabled on this deployment, a banner asks for your permission the first time you visit; your answer is stored in the finanzo_consent cookie for 12 months and you can change it here at any time.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a decline for analytics, we do not show the banner, and we do not load analytics tags — even if you previously accepted.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookies below will sign you out and may stop forms from working.

2. Essential cookies (always on)

These are required to provide the service you asked for — signing in, keeping your session secure, and remembering your cookie choice. They are not used for advertising.

3. Browser storage (not cookies)

Some preferences are kept in your browser's local storage instead of a cookie. They are never sent to third parties and are removed when you clear site data for finanzo.io.

finanzo-device-fingerprint	An identifier derived from browser characteristics, used for the "trusted device" option so you can skip multi-factor prompts on a device you have verified before.
fz_first_touch, fz_last_touch, fz_gclid, fz_fbclid	Campaign parameters (utm_*, gclid, fbclid) present in the URL when you arrived, so we can attribute sign-ups to the campaign that brought you here. Sent only to Finanzo’s own servers.
finanzo:inquiry-queue	Temporarily holds a listing inquiry you started while offline or before signing in, so it is not lost.

Separately from any third-party analytics, pages you visit and actions you take in the product (for example opening a calculator or starting a sign-up) are recorded to Finanzo's own servers so we can measure and improve the service. The browser also sends anonymous page-performance measurements (Core Web Vitals) to a first-party endpoint; no cookie is used and the payload contains no identifier beyond a random per-page-load id. This first-party record is covered by our Privacy Policy and is not shared with advertising platforms.

4. Optional analytics cookies

When analytics is configured for a deployment and you accept, we load Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics. These tools set cookies such as _ga to recognise repeat visits and measure how the site is used. Nothing is loaded before you accept, and declining stops future loads.

5. Third-party services that may set cookies or receive your IP address

The services below run in your browser on specific pages. Each is governed by its own privacy policy, linked in the table.

Signed-in professionals using the phone and messaging features also load Twilio's voice client, which opens a media connection to Twilio for the duration of a call; that is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not load Microsoft Application Insights or any other telemetry SDK in the browser.

The Finanzo mobile apps do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics SDKs. They store your sign-in token in the device keychain and use Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service only to deliver notifications you enable.
